In Home Personal Training
Sometimes it's easier to workout from the comfort of your own home. If this is you, I can make this happen. I will come to your home with all the equipment needed for an in home workout that will leave you sweaty and feeling accomplished.

what to expect when you train with
JM FITNESS uses all the latest, and some very old, training techniques to whip you into shape.
The JM Fitness method includes kettlebells, olympic weightlifting, bodybuilding, plyometrics, mobility and endurance training.
You will learn all the kettlebell movements including the snatch, clean, jerk, deadlift, squat, and swing. As you develop your mastery of these skills we will slowly start introducing more advanced movements such as the turkish get up, the double swing, split snatch and double snatch. Working with Kettlebells burns more calories per minute than your average weight training workout. An American Council on Exercise (ACE) study found that the average person can burn up to 400 calories in just 20 minutes with a kettlebell. That's an amazing 20 calories a minute, or the equivalent of running a six-minute mile!
